  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

2. Artist Collaborations

  • Artists must provide accurate and verifiable information.

  • All submissions must be original content or content you have full rights to distribute.

  • You grant TAPTKN™ a limited license to use submitted materials (artwork, logos, etc.) for the creation and promotion of your TAPTKN™ product.

  • Each project (album, single, or playlist) submitted requires a separate Project Drop Kit fee.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All rights to music remain with their original rights holders.

  • TAPTKN™ does not distribute or host media files directly.

  • Our keychains only link to publicly accessible streaming platforms.

4. Affiliate & Third-Party Revenue

  • TAPTKN™ may use affiliate links, referral programs, or platform-based revenue sharing (e.g., per-click or per-stream income).

  • Any earnings from these programs do not affect your ability to access or use the linked content.

  • TAPTKN™ is not responsible for changes in third-party revenue policies, eligibility, or payouts.

5. Liability

  • TAPTKN™ is not responsible for the content hosted on third-party platforms.

  • Users must comply with the terms and conditions of third-party streaming services.

6. Content & Project Removal

  • TAPTKN™ reserves the right to remove any project from our store or collection without prior notice or authorization if deemed problematic. This includes, but is not limited to: offensive material, poor performance, insufficient sales, or inactive wholesale orders.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate access or remove products without prior notice for any violation of these Terms.
